What does a 'query' mean exactly?
When a user types what they are specifically searching for into the search bar and searches it by pushing enter, that counts as a query. Additionally, a query entails a voice activated search where the user decides to directly say what they are searching for. After the user says nothing for about a second the search will be initiated.
When is my new search engine up and running?
After uploading your website URL, our systems need 24 hours to index all the information and understand the relations between parts of your content. You also will receive an email with a code snippet to implement it on your website after 24 hours.
Is the software optimized for every browser and device?
The search software is focused on the most common browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge & Apple Safari) and operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows & Mac).
Is your service privacy proof (GDPR, CCPA)?

Can I upload other data than website data?
Yes. The data will work seamlessly if it is in text format. Other customers have uploaded some resources their customer service reps use. This way, the algorithm has more sources to find an answer in. This increases the probability of it finding an answer.
